Items are processed within 3-5 business days of payment. I will message you the day i ship out your new item with the tracking number of the shipment, so you know it's on its way to you.

We ship First Class Airmail. Depending on the destination, shipment from Israel takes up to 14 days within Europe And up to 21 days overseas. Delays may occur and sometimes it can take up to 31 days. Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Express shipping - if you would like to receive an item withing a few days, please contact me to discuss express shipping options, as the costs vary according to the weight of the package and the destination.
Express shipping processing takes 1 business day. The items are delivered via messenger directly to your home within 3-4 business days worldwide.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want all of my customers to have peace of mind when making a purchase, so we are happy to refund or exchange (not including shipping costs) if there are any problems with your order.

All requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in the condition it was received, and return must take up to 21 days.

Step 1: Email us, and let us know who you are and the item you wish to return, within 3 days of receipt of your item.

Step 2: Mail your return to us in a package. We cannot be responsible for lost packages so we suggest tracking and/or insuring your return, and Please let us know the mailing date and tracking number.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach to us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.

Step 3: Returns can take up to 21 working days to get back to us, we will issue a full refund to your credit/debit card. 

We are happy to provide free shipping at checkout, and if you would like to exchange - 1 time only. If you would like to exchange more than once, you will be contacted to pay for delivery. Furtheremore, we will not refund the shipping cost of the package returned from you.
